Prices

The price advertised may vary from the price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. As we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed

Postage and Packaging

Courier costs will be added to the retail price of your order automatically on the purchasing page of this website. All orders will be sent via NZ CourierPost in a courier-bag or a carton.

Delivery

Allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Most orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. Packing slips and Invoices stamped 'PAID' are sent with each order – please check to see you have correctly received your order. Contact us via e-mail immediately if you received an incorrect order and we will ensure correct delivery at our cost.

Payment

Payment is via credit card only. When choosing to purchase your credit card is debited by the purchase amount immediately you place the order. Confirmation of your order and payment will be sent to your e-mail address.

Download or Book Selection

Take time when you are ordering to order correctly as we cannot refund accidently downloaded items. E-mail us if there are any issues with this.

Returns Policy

If goods arrive in a damaged form please notify us via e-mail  and will supply replacement books immediately. Damaged books cannot be exchanged after 7 days from receipt of said good so please notify us promptly  if goods do arrive in a damaged form  and we wills end a replacement to you.
